Locust Point Receives Top Honors at the Annual “William Penn Awards of Excellence” Ceremony

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ — The 2007 “William Penn Awards of Excellence” (nicknamed “The PENNies”) were presented on September 18, 2007 at the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia’s Annual Housing Conference and Awards Presentation.
