Metro Commercial Inks New Lease for Banana Republic Outlet at Arena Hub Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, PA
Wilkes-Barre, PA – May 5, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — As part of its exclusive representation for Gap Inc., Metro Commercial announced today that it has brokered a new lease for a Banana Republic Factory Store in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
The new 7,380 SF retail store, which will open in the fall of 2011, will be located at Arena Hub Plaza, on Mundy Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA, opposite the Wyoming Valley Mall in Luzerne County. Other occupying tenants in this 524,000 SF power center include Lowe’s, Best Buy and Petsmart. Metro Commercial’s vice president Mark Gerlach negotiated the lease on behalf of Banana Republic. Arena Hub Plaza is owned by TFP Limited.
