According to David L. Reibstein, Esq., the Colliers broker who negotiated the Agreement of Sale, the property was sold for $1,475,000.

3983 Mann Road is a 23,875 SF modern, single story industrial facility with 6,500 SF of office area, tailgate and drive-in loading. The building was fully leased at closing.
