CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – May 22, 2008 – Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, announced today that it has executed the lease of a 3,700-square-foot site at Concordville Town Square in Glenn Mills, PA, to Sovereign Bank.
The Sovereign Community Banking Office, scheduled to open this month, will be part of the mega neighborhood retail center that boasts Target, Home Depot and Acme Markets as its anchors. The 70-acre center, located at the southwest corner of Baltimore Pike (Route 1) and Conchester Road (Route 322), also has numerous retailers, restaurants and parking for 2,300 cars.
Metro Commercial, which worked in conjunction with CB Richard Ellis on the Sovereign Bank lease transaction, also brokered the lease transactions for the center’s DSW and Verizon Wireless stores.
