Pittsburgh broker named 2007 Certified Residential Specialist of the year

PITTSBURGH – February 18, 2008 – The Pennsylvania Chapter of the Council of Certified Residential Specialists has named Nancy R. Wright of Pittsburgh as the statewide Certified Residential Specialist of the year for 2007.

The chapter is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Realtors with the knowledge, tools, and relationship building opportunities needed to maximize their education and professionalism.

Ms. Wright served as the chapter’s president in 2006 and has helped to organize its education programs across Pennsylvania. In addition, Ms. Wright is an associate broker at RE/MAX Realty Brokers and a past president of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. She holds the CRS and accredited buyer representative designations and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Realtors Institute.

Since becoming a Realtor in 1988, Ms. Wright has served on numerous professional committees. In 2004, she founded the Realtor Relief Fund, a charitable program that aids real estate licensees and their families in the event of natural disaster.
