Mobile home park owner charged with illegally dumping sewage in Berks County

HARRISBURG - November 29, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- A Berks County man, who owns three mobile home parks in Berks, Dauphin and York counties was charged today by the Attorney General's Environmental Crimes Section after allegedly illegally discharging untreated sewage into a tributary of the Schuylkill River and allegedly falsifying permit applications.
