Discount grocer opening soon in Rosemore Shopping Center

Conshohocken, PA – December 9, 2008 – (RealEstateRama) – Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, has inked an 18,000-square-foot lease for ALDI at the Rosemore Shopping Center in Warminster, PA.

Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn represented the landord, AMC Delancey in the lease transaction and is the exclusive agent for Rosemore Shopping Center. 

“ALDI will be a welcome addition to Warminster,” says Barbehenn. “While food inflation continues to rise, select assortment discount grocer, ALDI, will offer consumers a solution.” ALDI applies efficient operational and business practices and saves consumers up to 50 percent on their grocery bill. The Warminster store is expected to open in the 87,000-square-foot shopping center in the coming months.

Rosemore Shopping Center is located at County Line and Norristown Roads. The center’s anchors include Dollar General and Rent-A-Center. Other notable tenants include Rite Aid, Citizens Bank, Sherwin Williams and Window Wizards. The neighborhood center, which offers excellent visibility and access, currently has a pad site available for lease.
