GVA Smith Mack Secures a Long Term Lease for 26,147 SF with HCI Direct At 1150 Northbrook Drive in the Northbrook Corporate Center

GVA Smith Mack (06/18/2008) – Wayne, PA: GVA Smith Mack recently closed a deal for a long term lease with HCI Direct, Inc. for a full floor, 26,147 SF, at 1150 Northbrook Drive in Trevose. HCI Direct is a premier direct marketing company delivering beauty, style, and wellness products directly to consumers. HCI Direct will relocate from its current building at 3050 Tillman Drive in Bensalem in the fall of 2008. The company wanted to relocate into a building with a Class A presence in the Bucks County area. The building at 1150 Northbrook offered them brand-new space and room for the company to expand its workforce, while they expand their popular brands including Silkies Enriche” skin care, Pain Vanish® pain relief products, Silkies® hosiery and Sculptz® shapewear.

The 1150 Northbrook building is a newly constructed four story, 105,000 SF building that offers state-of-the-art trophy class office space. It is owned by Bresler & Reiner, Inc., a premier nationwide owner and developer of real estate operating in multiple segments of the industry including: commercial and residential property ownership, with nearly two million square feet in the Delaware Valley; hospitality property ownership; commercial and residential condominiums along with development of rental properties. Construction and management of the property is directed by Acorn Development Corporation. The building is located in Bucks County and offers easy access to the PA Turnpike/Route 1 interchange, accessibility to SEPTA bus lines, and the R3 regional rail line.
