Max Spann to Auction Five Main Line Residences on July 14

Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co., a national auctioneer of elite properties, will auction off five two-bedroom residences at Cambridge Square, 120 Sibley Ave., Ardmore, Pa. Bidding will start at $150,000. The units’ previous asking price was $765,200.
