Real Estate Licensees & the Authorized Practice of Law
Join Attorney James Goldsmith in exploring practices of law in Pennsylvania. He will begin the course by covering important issues when drafting deeds, completing the Agreement of Sale and “non-standard” documents. Students will explore the minimum services required by RELRA. Mr. Goldsmith has seen and heard it all and will discuss how to avoid the pitfalls of common residential transactions including title issues, boundaries, fixtures and disclosure statements. The conclusion of the course includes instruction on office policies and the benefits and detriments of written policies.
