Public Comment Period Begins for Moving to Work Annual Plan for FY 2015

WASHINGTON, D.C. – December 2, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) is a participant in the Moving To Work Demonstration Program (MTW).  PHA is soliciting public comments on its Moving to Work Annual Plan (Annual Plan) for PHA Fiscal Year 2015.  The Annual Plan describes PHA’s MTW proposed policy initiatives and activities for the period April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.

Public Hearing
PHA residents, Housing Choice Voucher participants and the general public may provide oral comments on the draft Annual Plan by attending the public hearing described below and/or by submitting written comments during the comment period.  A public hearing will be conducted at the following time and location:

  • December 19, 2013, 10am until 12 noon at the John F. Street Community Center (1100 Poplar St.)

Comments
Only comments pertaining to the draft MTW Annual Plan are being solicited.  PHA may modify the draft Annual Plan based on comments received.  The comment period begins on November 29, 2013 at 12 noon and ends on December 30, 2013 at 12 noon.  All comments must be received by the end of the comment period.   Please send written comments to:
