McHale and Galbally Complete 2 Lease Transactions at Sentry Park West in Blue Bell

BLUE BELL, PA – August 17, 2008 – (RealEstateRama) — Gene McHale and Dan Galbally of Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed an 11,098 square foot office deal on behalf of the Landlord, Keystone Property Group, at Sentry Park West’s Abington Hall in Blue Bell, PA. Representing the Tenant, ChemLogix, was Dennis Durkin and Brian Smyth of CB Richard Ellis. ChemLogix currently occupies a 7,333 sq. ft. space on the third floor of Abington Hall at Sentry Park West and due to company growth, they are leasing an additional 3,765 sq. ft. on the 2nd floor. Plans to occupy their new space are set for November 2008.

In a second transaction, McHale and Galbally brokered a 3,768 square feet lease between Keystone Property Group and the Tenant, Kaufman, Dolowich, & Volunk LLP (KDV Law).

KDV, currently occupying 2,200 square feet at Sentry Park West’s Gwynedd Hall, required additional space for its growing practice. With a 3,768 square foot vacancy across the hall from KDV’s current suite, the law firm decided to make the move and sign a lease for the larger space. KDV Law plans to expand to the new location in September 2009.
