Mt. Laurel, NJ – April 29, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, recently brokered a 6,270-square-foot lease for Ruth’s Hallmark in the Manoa Shopping Center in Havertown, PA bringing the occupancy of the center to 100 percent.

Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn represented the landlord, Manoa Associates, in the lease transaction. The card and gift shop will join the 200,000-square-foot SuperFresh-anchored shopping center later this spring.

Founded in 1910, Hallmark stores are in neighborhoods across the country.  They’ve grown from two shoeboxes of postcards into a $4.3 billion company.  Their products can be found in 100 countries around the world and more than 41,500 stores in the United States alone.  Ruth’s Hallmark’s new Havertown location is expected to do well in the established Manoa Shopping Center, which is also anchored by Staples, Mandee and Rite Aid. It is conveniently located at the intersection of West Chester Pike and Eagle Road in Delaware County.

“Manoa Shopping Center provides great visibility and traffic,” says Barbehenn. “Ruth’s Hallmark should definitely benefit from the area’s excellent demographics.”
