Metro Commercial Inks Inks Deal for 6,270-Square-Foot Card & Gift Shop in Havertown, PA
Mt. Laurel, NJ – April 29, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, recently brokered a 6,270-square-foot lease for Ruth’s Hallmark in the Manoa Shopping Center in Havertown, PA bringing the occupancy of the center to 100 percent.
Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn represented the landlord, Manoa Associates, in the lease transaction. The card and gift shop will join the 200,000-square-foot SuperFresh-anchored shopping center later this spring.

Ruth’s Hallmark’s new Havertown location is expected to do well in the established Manoa Shopping Center, which is also anchored by Staples, Mandee and Rite Aid. It is conveniently located at the intersection of West Chester Pike and Eagle Road in Delaware County.
