BALTIMORE, March 12 /PRNewswire/ — Phillips Edison & Company, a retail real estate owner, manager and developer, announced the purchase of Orchard Plaza in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Orchard Plaza is an 83,438 square foot center anchored by Big Lots.
