INFRASOURCE SERVICES, INC. LEASES 11,250 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE/FLEX SPACE IN KING OF PRUSSIA IN AN AGREEMENT BROKERED BY LIEBERMAN EARLEY & COMPANY

Lieberman Earley and Company (04/14/2008) – UPPER MERION, PA — Lieberman Earley & Company has represented 600 Clark Avenue, located in the King of Prussia Business Center, in the lease of 11,250 square feet of office/flex space to InfraSource Services, Inc., in a multi year deal. Bill Wilson, a senior sales associate with Lieberman Earley in Wayne, PA, represented the Owner, 600 Clark Associates while the tenant was assisted by Walt Zarnicki of CBRE in Wayne, PA.

Aggregate rental of the lease was in excess of $840,000.

For more than 40 years, InfraSource has been providing infrastructure construction services for electric power, gas, telecommunications, and energy intensive industries in the United States. They are a publicly traded company employing over 5,000 people with revenue of $865 million. According to the company, they will be moving into their new facility May 1st.

600 Clark Avenue is a completely renovated, one story, brick and stucco flex building.
