METRO COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATE FOUR NEW LEASES IN DARBY, PA, TOTALING 33,113 SF
Four retailers to join New Darby Town Center
Darby, PA (Delaware County) – March 9, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated four new leases totaling 33,113 SF at the new Darby Town Center, 150 South MacDade Boulevard in Darby, PA.
Metro Commercial’s Mike Murray and Brian Goodwin serve as Exclusive Leasing Agent for the 142,000 square foot center, which had its grand opening on December 9, 2010. The center is anchored by a 17,000 square foot Save-A-Lot. Additional tenants include Deal$, Hilldale Kitchen, a Chinese restaurant and a Laundromat. The property is owned by MacDade-Darby Development.,
In addition to Save-A lot, a 10,000 square foot location has been negotiated for Dollar Tree. Metro Commercial’s Mike Murray and Donna Drew represented Dollar Tree in the transaction. A new 3,961 square foot lease was also completed for Hair World and Popeye’s will also lease approximately 2,152 square feet.
The $10 million redevelopment project managed by Remington Group Inc. has received enormous support from the community and local government.
