NAI Summit Completes Assignment with First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union Lehigh Valley, PA

Lehigh Valley, PA – September 15, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — NAI Summit represented First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union in the sale of 2804 William Penn Highway. This location served as First Commonwealth’s branch in this area. The sale was necessitated by First Commonwealth’s need for a larger and more efficient facility. A new branch was recently opened at 4300 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA. This location represents a new state of the art branch for First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union. 

NAI Summit served as a third party developer for the Credit Union and handled all aspects of the development of the new facility. The sale of 2804 William Penn Highway occurred shortly after the opening of the new facility which accommodated First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union extremely well from a timing perspective.

John L. Crampsie, a principal of NAI Summit, represented First Commonwealth on the sale of 2804 William Penn Highway and Doug Gray, NAI Summit’s Chief Operating Officer, oversaw the development and construction of First Commonwealth’s new facility at 4300 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA.
